Yeled Long Island serves families in all five boroughs of New York City and in Nassau and Suffolk counties.

• Brooklyn Early Intervention regional office at 16 Court Street; three HRA Medicaid offices.
• Queens Early Intervention regional office in Jamaica; HRA Medicaid offices in Long Island City and Jamaica.
• The Bronx Early Intervention regional office on Fulton Avenue; HRA Medicaid offices on Rider and Bainbridge Avenues.
• Staten Island Early Intervention regional office on Canal Street; HRA Medicaid office on Bay Street.
