What services do we offer for children?

We provide Health Home Care Management and/or HCBS for children who are struggling with mental health challenges or who are medically fragile.

Are services covered by insurance?

Yes. These services are funded by Medicaid. There is a waiver process for children who do not have Medicaid.

Can services be provided at home or do we need to come to a center?

Yes, services can be provided in the comfort of your home or in the community (e.g., parks, libraries). Our flexible approach ensures that children can receive the support they need in familiar environments.

How does we support families in addition to children?

In addition to supporting children, the Care Manager can help connect you to a variety of resources such as family counseling, parent training, and more to help families navigate challenges and provide a nurturing environment for their child’s development.
